Qualifications

• Production-grade software development experience with AI-powered apps or agentic systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript and familiarity with APIs.
• Practical understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to translate client needs into concrete requirements and designs.
• Experience collaborating directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand objectives and translate into actionable delivery plans.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows, and APIs.
• Build the harnesses around AI models for reliability, security, and observability.
• Develop agent loops and workflow graphs coordinating tools, data, and human input.
• Establish testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement processes.
