You will own outcomes, translate complex business problems into structured solutions, and drive production-grade results across data pipelines, APIs, UIs, and ML components in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Shipped production-grade software from discovery to handover in a consulting or engineering environment.
• Strong depth across Python, .NET/C#, or TypeScript, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on with AI coding agents, LLM patterns, Azure AI services.
• Ability to communicate with CTOs and frontline users and manage fixed-price engagements.

Responsibilities

• Discover & Frame: run discovery with client stakeholders and frame scope for fixed-price delivery.
• Build & Deploy: architect and deliver end-to-end data pipelines, APIs, UIs, and ML components.
• Enable & Embed: pair with client engineers and create knowledge-transfer documentation.
• Shape Insight's Future: contribute to accelerators and mentor new engineers.
