Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a skilled Demand Planner to manage demand planning and forecasting activities in the FMCG context. Based in Sydney with a flexible arrangement allowing 3 days work from home, the role focuses on developing and maintaining demand plans to support stock availability and supply planning.

You will review demand information, update forecasts, coordinate with procurement and internal teams, and provide clear order updates to customers.

Qualifications

Experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply planning.
Experience with Advanced Planning Systems such as SAP APO or Kinaxus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain demand plans to support stock availability and supply planning.
Review demand information and update forecasts to guide procurement decisions.
Monitor customer orders and coordinate order processing to support timely fulfilment.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide updates on orders and delivery status.
Work with internal teams to resolve order issues and maintain accurate customer information.
Track product demand and order trends to identify planning changes.
Maintain demand planning and customer service records for reporting.
Contribute to improvements across demand planning and order management activities.
