Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a global FMCG business to recruit a Demand Planner in Sydney. The role offers a highly flexible setup with 3 days work from home, permanent employment, and a competitive salary with super.

You will develop and maintain demand plans to support stock availability and guide procurement decisions, review demand information, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues while keeping customers informed about orders and delivery status.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply planning activities.
• Experience with SAP APO or Kinaxus is preferred.
• Experience managing customer orders and responding to customer enquiries.
• Ability to review demand information and maintain accurate planning records.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams to resolve order and supply-related matters.
• Experience maintaining customer, order and product information accurately.
• Ability to communicate clear order and delivery updates to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand plans to support stock availability and supply planning.
• Review demand information and update forecasts to guide procurement and supply chain decisions.
• Monitor customer orders and coordinate order processing to support timely fulfilment.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear updates on orders, products and delivery status.
• Work with internal teams to resolve order issues and maintain accurate customer information.
• Track product demand and order trends to identify planning changes that may affect supply.
• Maintain demand planning and customer service records to support accurate reporting and follow-up.
• Contribute to practical improvements across demand planning, order management and customer service activities.
