Job summary

Sanitarium is a leading Australian FMCG brand seeking a Demand Planning analyst to help forecast across a diverse product portfolio and support launches and promotions. You will work closely with the Senior Demand Planner to improve forecasting accuracy and contribute to supply chain decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work with data, numbers and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support demand forecasting across a diverse product portfolio.
• Assist with new product launches, promotional planning and lifecycle management.
• Monitor forecast performance and identify trends for improvements.
• Analyse sales, forecast and customer data to drive planning outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to manage forecast changes.
• Prepare reports and maintain forecasting systems for data accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and planning projects.
