Job summary

PerchPeek Ltd. is seeking Flexible Relocation Coaches to support relocators remotely across Australia. This role involves guiding clients through immigration, housing, and logistics while coordinating with third-party providers and PerchPeek’s network.

Training will be provided to prepare you for success in a fast-paced relocation environment. Ideal candidates are highly autonomous, customer-focused, and skilled at clear communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to live and work in Australia.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willing to undergo free training and up-skilling program.
• Experience in customer success or support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with relocators over the relocation journey as their main contact.
• Communicate with relocators via the PerchPeek app and via supportive calls to understand needs and provide guidance.
• Handle difficult or complex relocator enquiries and escalate when needed.
• Provide guidance on relocation journey and destination country for successful integration.
• Support relocators in understanding and following their company relocation policy.
• Coordinate additional relocation services from providers within PerchPeek’s Supply Chain.
• Ensure data accuracy for reporting and insights through data practices.
• Assist rollout of process improvements and new tools with the team.
