Job summary

VistaPrint is a Remote-First organization delivering design and marketing solutions globally. The Account Executive will bring in new business, qualify leads, and transition to implementation teams, contributing to a high-velocity sales environment.

With a strong focus on partnerships and customer outcomes, you will collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to identify opportunities and drive profitable partnerships across industries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Business Development and Sales Experience.
• Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce – or any related CRM tool.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience working in an environment with strong commercial targets.
• Experience working in a fast-paced ecommerce environment (desirable).
• Experience working within a print business (desirable).
• Customer facing experience (sales, retail).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and execute agreements with new clients in the SME space, using face-to-face and video conferencing.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to hit monthly targets.
• Present to and consultatively sell to owners and C-Suite executives, procurement Managers, Office Managers and marketing specialists.
• Provide a smooth transition from first interaction to customer agreement to account handoff to Account Teams.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing and product teams to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to partner needs and objectives.
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Handle escalations and difficult conversations with support from Customer Care as needed.
