Job summary

Pluralis Research is pioneering Protocol Learning and building a fully decentralised AI ecosystem. We are seeking an Operations Associate to coordinate meetings, travel, events and admin work, directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff.

This role offers exposure to every function of the business and room to grow into operational projects. You will work remotely across Australia and the US, using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve processes, with a strong emphasis on execution and

Qualifications

2–5 years in administrative, coordination, executive support or operations roles.
Experience in funded startups at Seed/Series A/B or in VC/PE is preferred.
Demonstrated ability supporting an executive team and core operations.
Proven event coordination experience.
Clear, original written English; not generated by an LLM.
Comfort with Google Workspace, Notion, Linear, Slack or Zulip.

Responsibilities

Support CEO's external engagements: set up meetings, calls, dinners and hosted sessions with investors, partners, researchers and candidates.
Manage travel and logistics across Australia and the US, including conferences.
Assist events: offsites, conferences, Tech Talks, hosted dinners; own logistics list.
Handle admin: onboarding, equipment requests, expenses, invoicing, vendor setup, document polish.
Help build systems using AI tools daily for scalable operations.
