First Focus IT is Australia’s leading mid-market MSP helping organisations rethink operations with AI. As an AI Consultant, you’ll work directly with CEOs to map practical AI use cases and partner with teams to deliver real value.

You’ll guide strategy, run discovery workshops, and design responsible AI solutions using OpenAI and Anthropic, while staying curious and learning as the AI landscape evolves.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology consulting, digital transformation or AI advisory.
• Strong understanding of generative AI platforms, ideally OpenAI and/or Anthropic.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts in plain English.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Commercial thinking with the ability to balance innovation and practical business outcomes.
