Job summary

Pluralis Research is pioneering Protocol Learning, a fully decentralised way to train and deploy AI models that opens this layer to individuals rather than corporates. As our Operations Associate, you’ll coordinate meetings, dinners, travel and events our CEO runs with investors, partners, researchers and candidates, and keep the administrative machinery running.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years in an administrative, coordination, executive support or operations role.
• Experience in a funded startup or VC environment.
• Proven work supporting an executive team and general operations.
• Proven experience coordinating events.
• Clear, written English crafted by you (not an AI).
• Comfort with Google Workspace, Notion, Linear, Slack or Zulip; AI tools experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support CEO's external engagements: set up meetings, calls, dinners and hosted sessions with investors, partners, researchers and candidates.
• Travel and logistics: book and manage travel for the CEO and team across Australia and the US, including conferences.
• Events support: assist with offsites, conferences, Tech Talks, hosted dinners; own logistics and follow-through.
• Team administration: onboarding, equipment requests, expense/invoice processing, vendor setup, document formatting.
• Building systems: use AI tools daily and help build scalable processes.
