Job summary

CB-Virtual Solutions is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Executive Officer – Financial Operations to deliver accurate bookkeeping and financial operations services for a portfolio of clients. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, month-end tasks and client queries with a strong focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

The role offers remote work with occasional onsite client work, full-time or part-time options, and a salary in the 70k–80k range plus super.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with AP, AR, reconciliations and month-end processes.
• Confidence using Xero and digital systems.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day bookkeeping, processing transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end reports and supporting documentation.
• Assist with budgets and audits.
• Respond to client queries and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure controls and accuracy across client files.
