Job summary

Civeo Australia is seeking motivated Chefs to join our remote village kitchens in Western Australia. You will assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking meals for village functions during your swing, FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster.

Accommodation, meals, and private rooms are provided in addition to nightshift allowances and a supportive team. Ideal candidates hold a WA Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or NVQ Level 4/City & Guilds) with 3+ years post-trade experience, capable of

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade cert.
• 3+ years post-trade or commercial cooking experience.
• Experience cooking for large groups and bulk/batch meals.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles.
• Must hold WA Manual C Class Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen team in preparing and cooking meals for village functions.
