Civeo Australia, a division of Civeo Corporation, seeks motivated Chefs for remote village duty in the Northern Territory. FIFO from Perth on a 14:14 roster, with accommodation and meals provided, plus nightshift allowances and strong career growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate holds an Australian recognised Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent), 3+ years’ post-trade experience, and HACCP knowledge. WA/NT driving licence is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Australian recognised certificate in commercial cookery or trade certificate.
• 3+ years post-trade or commercial cooking experience.
• Experience with bulk and batch cooking for large groups.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and kitchen safety.

• Work on bulk and batch cookery for large groups during swing.
• Maintain quality, safety and presentation of dishes under pressure.
