Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join a fully remote team and cover the Queenstown area. You will engage customers on the road and virtually, build lasting relationships, and drive sales for our client’s products and services.

You will manage your territory, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular visits and effective communication. A self-starter attitude and strong CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a field sales or outside sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and mobile sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect for new clients within your assigned territory through field visits and remote outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide consultations to potential clients.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Report on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
