Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Social Inclusion Advocate to champion the rights of marginalized individuals, removing barriers and promoting equity across communities. This fully remote role requires strong advocacy, digital communication, and the ability to connect people with essential services.

You will work with partner organisations and government agencies, maintain confidential case notes, and develop strategies to address systemic barriers.

Qualifications

• Requires advocacy, social justice experience or community development.
• Strong understanding of inclusion, diversity, and equity issues.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for social inclusion and rights of vulnerable individuals and groups.
• Provide guidance to clients in accessing healthcare, education, and legal aid.
• Develop strategies to address systemic barriers to inclusion and equity.
• Conduct virtual outreach to connect with community members and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case notes in a secure system.
• Collaborate with partner organisations and government agencies to advance inclusion initiatives.
