Placements24 is seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Social Inclusion Advocate to champion the rights of marginalized individuals, removing barriers and promoting equity across communities. You will work with partner organisations and government agencies, maintain confidential case notes, and develop strategies to address systemic barriers.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
