You will assist in developing strategies, drafting releases, handling inquiries, and monitoring coverage while gaining valuable experience in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in media relations, public relations, or a similar communications role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and databases.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing media relations strategies and plans.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other press materials.
• Respond to media inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on press mentions.
• Maintain and update the media contact database.
• Support the planning and execution of press conferences and media events.
