Job summary

Annexa is expanding our Technical Consulting team across Australia and New Zealand. We’re seeking customer-focused NetSuite consultants at all levels who thrive on solving challenges, delivering practical NetSuite-based solutions, and building strong client relationships.

You’ll work with customers to understand their challenges, design practical solutions, and deliver successful outcomes through implementation, consulting, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or implementation roles with clients.
• Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience developing within the NetSuite ecosystem and integrations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with focus on delivering outcomes.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with NetSuite platforms and integrations with middleware such as Celigo or SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business challenges and design practical NetSuite-based solutions.
• Lead or participate in ERP implementations and transformation projects.
• Work on system integrations and technical solutions.
• Gather requirements and contribute to solution design.
• Run customer workshops and engage stakeholders to align on outcomes.
• Configure, customize, and develop within NetSuite as needed.
• Mentor and support other consultants and build long-term client relationships.
