Qualifications

• Proven success in consultative sales with warm leads or inquiries converted into sales.
• Experience hitting individual sales, conversion or revenue targets.
• Strong closing skills and ability to seek commitment.
• Excellent telephone sales ability: rapport, motivation, influence.
• Structured follow-ups, pipeline management and conversion discipline.
• Ability to handle objections and communicate value effectively.
• Experience using CRM systems, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Accountability and self-motivation for remote work environments.

Responsibilities

• Convert opportunities into sales by guiding patients to accept treatment proposals.
• Own and drive your sales pipeline with active follow-ups.
