Qualifications

• Experience in consultative B2C sales.
• Dental experience not essential; clinical training provided.
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate with empathy.
• Comfort discussing premium services and financing options.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Conducting patient consultations and understanding each patient's goals and concerns.
• Presenting clinician-recommended treatment options with confidence and empathy.
• Guiding patients through finance and payment options.
• Following up consultations and enquiries to help patients move forward with treatment.
• Managing your patient pipeline and maintaining accurate records.
• Working collaboratively with our clinicians to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
