Job summary

Cyera, a leading data security platform, seeks a talented Business Development Representative to expand our customer base. You will reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn to educate prospects on modern data security solutions and drive pipeline.

You will manage outbound and inbound leads, qualify prospects, and collaborate with Enterprise Sales. You’ll use Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo while aiming to exceed targets and grow with Cyera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated results in a high-velocity B2B SaaS environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce and other sales tools to build lead lists and outbound messaging.
• Prospect accounts within territory and qualify leads for Enterprise Sales.
• Initiate conversations with key decision makers at target companies.
• Manage inbound inquiries and lead workflow.
• Learn Cyera Data Security Platform and stay updated on industry trends.
• Exceed daily activities and pipeline targets.
• Engage with mid- and senior-level executives in the security space.
• Continuously improve performance and sales game.
