Job summary

REA Group is seeking a Customer Success professional for CampaignAgent, its vendor payments platform, to manage a diverse portfolio of real estate agencies across Australia. You will oversee training, support, and promotion of the CampaignAgent suite, driving adoption, revenue, and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will collaborate with sales, technology, marketing and support teams, apply data-driven insights, and ensure value delivery for top agencies while

Qualifications

• Ability to own and grow agency relationships across a portfolio.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience onboarding new clients to a digital platform.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of agency accounts to drive engagement and retention.
• Engage with agencies to build rapport and prioritise key clients.
• Lead onboarding of new agencies via the digital onboarding program.
• Collaborate with Sales/Success teams to align on goals and territory.
• Maintain proactive contacts to discuss market trends and platform updates.
• Use data to identify utilisation trends and drive adoption.
• Resolve customer issues with effective solutions.
• Refine customer segments and improve the overall journey.
