Assignar is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales, Customer Success and Implementation to design and deliver Assignar Pay for contractors, from first discovery through post‑sale expansion. You’ll be as sharp with a payroll team on a job site as you are running a demo with a CFO.

Qualifications

• Experience as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar in construction, ERP, payroll or finance software.
• Strong understanding of construction finance: EBA, award interpretation, payroll, invoicing, job costing.
• Credible with CFOs and payroll leaders; comfortable finance-led conversations.
• In-person discovery and solution design workshops experience.
• Ability to run cross-functional delivery with accountability without formal authority.
• Familiarity with ERP systems used by contractors: Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, Acumatica.
• Fluency with AI orchestration tools and ability to direct AI agents.

Responsabilités

• Discovery + scoping with CFO, GM, owner, payroll and IT stakeholders.
• Pay builds: config, testing, dry runs, first payrun.
• Project leadership: kickoff, project plan, and guide Implementation team.
• Travel 25-40% to visit customers and run onsite workshops.
• AI orchestration: build scaffolds and verify AI outputs.
