NinjaOne is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Testing Only) – Remote to join our team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support across phone, email, and chat, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with other departments.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory manner.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
