Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Growth Specialist in Australia to lead retention and expansion for a segment of smaller video businesses. You will design scalable coaching programs, analyze customer data to identify risks, and drive interventions that lift revenue and growth across a remote global team.

The role blends coaching, data analysis, and commercial ownership with a strong emphasis on building repeatable playbooks and processes that scale the customer-growth motion.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in coaching, consulting, customer success, digital marketing, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience helping online businesses improve growth and revenue.
• Strong ability to translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Excellent live facilitation skills for group sessions, workshops, or webinars.

Responsibilities

• Own gross revenue retention and expansion for an assigned segment.
• Design and deliver group coaching sessions, cohort programs, and webinars.
• Advise customers on pricing, packaging, positioning, and retention strategies.
• Monitor data to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities.
• Build scalable playbooks and processes for future scaling.
• Share insights with Product and Customer Success to improve customer experience.
• Leverage AI tools to support research and resource creation.
