Job summary

Amp is hiring a Customer Success Manager to work across our multi-product portfolio from Sydney. You’ll partner with the CEO and senior leadership to turn customer signals into experiments, own the numbers, and drive growth through onboarding, activation, and proactive engagement.

You’ll help reduce churn by acting on insights, designing cross-product playbooks, and building a scalable reviews/case-study engine across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer success, support, or account management in SaaS.
• Shopify or e-commerce experience strongly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed mindset with proactive experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Go deep on the most impactful product; learn it cold and talk to merchants.
• Design and run CX and growth experiments with senior product leadership; onboard, activate, save offers, win-backs.
• Build reviews and case studies across the portfolio; identify merchants and make it easy for them to share their story.
• Drive down churn by identifying at-risk merchants before they leave and understanding why others left.
• Reach out proactively to merchants with friction or negative reviews and turn them around.
• Create playbooks so learnings carry over across apps.
