Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a CRO Executive based in Australia to drive conversion rate optimization across leading Ecommerce brands.

You will collaborate with CRO consultants, designers, developers, and clients to identify opportunities, translate findings into actionable roadmaps, and own initiatives from discovery to delivery. You will progressively take responsibility for optimization roadmaps, client meetings, and account direction while growing toward a CRO Consultant role.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
• Proactive ownership-oriented mindset, with ability to identify what needs to happen and propose next steps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, turning observations into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with Shopify and analytics platforms like GA4.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation programs.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior CRO consultants to understand client goals and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify optimization opportunities through analytics, customer behavior insights, reviews, competitor research, and industry analysis.
• Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations explaining problem, proposed improvement, and business impact.
• Help build and prioritize optimization roadmaps balancing impact, evidence, priorities, and effort.
• Determine approaches for each opportunity: A/B testing, design improvements, development, or direct implementation.
• Own assigned initiatives from discovery through implementation, QA, launch, and review.
• Coordinate delivery across CRO, design, and development teams and communicate updates to clients.
• Lead client meetings gradually, communicating priorities and results and managing relationships.
