Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a CRO Executive based in Australia to partner with CRO consultants, designers, developers, and clients. You’ll identify opportunities, run analytics, and turn insights into measurable improvements across ecommerce brands.

You’ll support senior consultants initially, owning defined initiatives from discovery to delivery, and progressively take responsibility for optimization roadmaps, client meetings, and account direction. This is a proactive role with real business impact.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive ownership mindset to identify next steps and drive outcomes.
• Analytical mindset to convert data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with Shopify and GA4; familiarity with AB testing.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior CRO consultants to understand client goals and opportunities.
• Identify optimization opportunities through analytics, behavior insights, and research.
• Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations with business impact.
• Help build and prioritize optimization roadmaps balancing impact and effort.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through delivery, QA, and review.
• Coordinate briefs and delivery across CRO, design, and development teams.
• Participate in client meetings, set agendas, and follow up on actions.
• Progress toward ownership of client accounts and strategic roadmaps.
• Document results to strengthen future recommendations and strategies.
