Job summary

The HR Ally is seeking a Governance Engineer to lead and implement governance for Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio agents, and related ALM processes. This role focuses on secure, compliant deployment across environments and tenant management while aligning with security policies and DLP controls.

You will drive governance best practices, monitor risks, and collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure robust platform governance and scalable deployments in a remote Australia-wide setup.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform governance and administration.
• Experience with Copilot Studio including agent development, deployment, and governance.
• Expertise in Power Platform environments, tenant management, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Knowledge of ALM, solution deployment, and environment management.

Responsibilities

• Understand Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance best practices.
• Implement and maintain governance frameworks for Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Manage environments, security policies, access controls, and DLP policies.
• Ensure secure and compliant deployment of applications and AI agents.
• Monitor platform usage, compliance, and governance risks.
• Establish ALM standards and governance documentation.
