Job summary

Water Corporation invites applications for a Superintendent's Representative role to deliver contract administration on medium to large infrastructure projects. Based in Leederville, you will supervise and support the Contracts Administration team and coordinate with delivery stakeholders to ensure project success.

The role requires a degree in engineering, construction law, or quantity surveying, with experience in infrastructure contracts and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Contract administration experience on infrastructure projects (civil, structural, mechanical and/or electrical).
• Understanding of AS 4000 contracts.
• Degree in engineering, construction law, quantity surveying or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts from technical, commercial and contractual perspectives from start to finish.
• Ensure contractor and principal comply with contractual obligations.
• Facilitate resolution of technical and commercial contract issues.
• Lead progress meetings with contractors and uphold OSH, environmental and quality procedures.
• Support audits on projects and provide contract administration input for tender documents.
• Develop relationships with contractors, Delivery Managers, Project Directors, Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Attend worksites visits for progress meetings and site inspections.
