Job summary

HTS Constructions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead remote construction projects across regional locations in Australia. You will independently manage delivery, ensuring safety, on-time, and on-budget outcomes, balancing head office duties with on-site leadership.

Key responsibilities include developing plans, schedules and budgets, coordinating engineers and site teams, and organising resources and logistics for mobilisation and demobilisation of remote projects.

Qualifications

• White Card (Construction Induction) is required.
• C class driver's licence is required.
• Full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Create and present project plans, schedules and budgets to stakeholders.
• Develop construction methodologies with engineers and site teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across site and office.
• Plan resources, rosters, costings and schedules to meet the program.
• Oversee mobilisation, execution and demobilisation for remote projects.
