Job summary

HTS Constructions Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead remote construction projects from planning through demobilisation. Based in our Perth office, you’ll manage safety, schedules and budgets while coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders across distant sites.

You’ll develop project plans with engineers, coordinate site and office teams to meet objectives, oversee mobilisation and logistics for remote works, and contribute to team development through

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management across remote/regional infrastructure.
• Background in modular building or commercial construction preferred.
• Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card).
• C class driver's licence.
• Full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Create and present comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets to stakeholders.
• Develop and review construction methodologies and workpacks with engineers and site teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across site and office to hit project objectives.
• Plan resources, rosters, costings and schedules to meet the program.
• Oversee logistics of mobilisation, execution and demobilisation for remote projects.
• Contribute to onboarding, performance reviews and succession planning.
