Job summary

Bravo Built, a Sunshine Coast residential outdoor construction specialist, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead pools and outdoor builds. You will oversee multiple projects from contract to handover, with remote work flexibility and direct access to company directors.

We value initiative, accountability and practical problem solving. The role offers autonomy, strong pipeline work and modern digital project support, with a competitive salary of $120,000–$150,000 plus super.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing residential construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and suppliers.
• Strong scheduling and program management skills.
• Excellent client communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from signed contract to handover.
• Prepare and maintain construction programs and site schedules.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and materials.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular project updates to directors.
