Riviera Pools is seeking an experienced full-time Project Manager - Swimming Pools + Landscape Construction to lead high-end residential pool and landscape projects across Sydney, the Southern Highlands and the South Coast. You will oversee projects from conception through handover, coordinating clients, trades, suppliers and the Riviera Pools team to deliver on time, on budget, to a high standard.

Job description

Riviera Pools is looking for an experienced full-time, Project Manager - Swimming Pools + Landscape Construction to join the team. This is a hands-on project management role overseeing the delivery of high-end residential swimming pool and landscape projects across Sydney, the Southern Highlands and the South Coast. The role is responsible for managing projects from conception through to handover, working closely with clients, trades, suppliers and the wider Riviera Pools team to deliver projects on time, to budget and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

Manage projects from initial conception through to completion and handover

Develop and manage project timelines, schedules and key milestones

Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site activities

Liaise directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle

Review plans, specifications and project requirements

Manage project costs, variations, materials and procurement

Coordinate site works and ensure projects progress efficiently

Attend and manage project sites across Sydney, the Southern Highlands and the South Coast of NSW

Maintain clear and proactive communication between clients, trades, suppliers and the Riviera Pools team

Ensure workmanship, finishes and project delivery meet the required standard, whilst maintaining accurate project documentation and records

About you:

5+ years’ experience in residential construction, with concrete swimming pool construction experience highly regarded

Experience managing residential construction projects from start to finish

Solid client-facing and communication skills, with a confident and proactive approach

Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing and trade coordination

Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Confident problem-solving and decision-making skills

Comfortable travelling to multiple project sites as required

Current driver’s licence; own vehicle preferred

Full-time position
