Job summary

Water Corporation is seeking a Concession and Conveyancing Services Support Officer in Western Australia. You will support concession processing and conveyancing activities, handling customer records and billing tasks with accuracy and care.

You will work in a dynamic team, strengthening networks and delivering reliable service to concession holders, settlement agents, and new homeowners with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
• Knowledge of property settlement and conveyancing requirements.
• Familiarity with government concession cards and rebates.
• Experience delivering billing practices and maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities

• Increase skills and knowledge across challenging workstreams.
• Work in a dynamic team and create new networks.
• Support concession holders, settlement agents, and new homeowners.
• Flex attention to detail skills.
• Process pensioner/senior concession applications and cancellations.
• Resolve anomalies from settlement agents’ requests.
