Job summary

Randstad Pty is seeking a Community Program Manager to oversee the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) and drive social enterprise projects improving First Nations communities’ economic wellbeing. You will lead on-ground teams across multiple remote locations, provide strategic support to the leadership team, and manage budgets and stakeholder partnerships.

Based in Darwin with travel to remote communities, you will champion data-driven program evaluation and ensure high-impact outcomes

Qualifications

• Significant experience in community services delivery.
• Experience with RAES or CDP programs is preferred.
• Strong ability to secure funding through grants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RAES operations and manage on-ground teams across remote locations.
• Provide strategic support to the community leadership team for delivery.
• Manage social enterprise projects to achieve financial and social impact goals.
• Establish performance metrics and review progress for excellence.
• Develop budgets, implement cost controls, and manage financial performance.
• Build relationships with government, NGOs and local stakeholders.
• Lead remote staff and foster a positive workplace culture.
