Job summary

Randstad has partnered with ALPA to recruit a Senior Community Programs Manager to oversee 7 remote RAES sites in Northern Australia. You will lead multi-site operations, manage direct reports, and steer performance across communities.

This role requires strategic stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, and autonomous decision-making to support social and economic development in remote Indigenous communities. Travel to remote communities will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading RAES/CDP operations in remote contexts.
• Contract management within First Nations organizations.
• Budgeting and financial oversight for multi-site programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight across 7 remote RAES program sites.
• Lead, mentor, and line-manage Operations Managers and site teams.
• Manage federal government contracts and maintain high-level stakeholder relations.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Maintain budget allocations and justify operational expenditure across sites.
• Maintain pastoral support and employee rapport across remote communities.
• Facilitate strategic planning.
