Job summary

Ethos is seeking a community programs manager to help train AI models by developing and refining professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will craft grant narratives, donor reports, and program logic models with a focus on accuracy and clarity, supporting boards and funders.

This is a flexible, remote, part-time role requiring 4+ years in nonprofit program management and exceptional written communication. Compensation is $70/hour with 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations.
• Experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Excellent written communication and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows (grant narratives, donor reports, logic models, briefing decks, needs assessments, donor stewardship).
• Ensure high-quality document craftsmanship across reports and proposals.
