HumanAbility is seeking a skilled Communications Coordinator to support the creation and delivery of communications about our work. The role will work with the Senior Communications Advisor to plan, draft and create clear, concise and compelling communications about our projects and work.

You’ll manage internal and external communications across our website, newsletters, events and social media, liaising with contractors such as graphic designers, videographers and website developers as required.

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism or similar or demonstrated equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, plan and create content for HumanAbility’s communications channels, including social, digital and newsletters.
• Translate complex technical, policy and workforce content into plain English that suits the target audience.
• Draft communication materials with clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Ensure all content is accessible and appropriate for diverse audiences, including industry stakeholders and the public.
• Work closely with other teams as directed to align communications across our sectors.
• Assist in the development or commissioning of multimedia content, including videos and graphics, as required.
• Observe and followwork health, safety and wellbeing policies and guidelines.
