Ardent Capital Group, a Sydney commercial finance brokerage, is hiring a commercial finance broker. You will originate deals across property, business lending and development finance with high-quality leads and a strong deal pipeline.

Commission-only pay with OTE of $200k+; no base salary and no cap. You work under the Ardent Capital Group banner with your ABN, and brokers have earned six-figure+ first years.

Formación

• Three years writing commercial deals (not only residential).
• Accredited with lenders preferred.
• Self-driven hunter who thrives under pace.

Responsabilidades

• Write commercial finance deals: property, business lending, construction and equipment finance.
• Manage multiple live deals concurrently with strong prioritisation.
• Provide ongoing training and adapt to lender appetite and credit requirements.
• Collaborate with CRM, compliance and marketing infra for deal flow.
