• Collect and organise referrals, reports, imaging, and pathology before appointments.
• Triage within AHPRA scope to determine urgency and appropriate pathway.
• Post-consult follow-up, patient education, and support for treatment plans.
• Coordinate DVA framework eligibility for veterans and maintain records.
