Job summary

Water Corporation invites a Change Implementation Specialist to lead and support high‑impact business improvement and change projects across the organisation. You will partner with operational teams and subject matter experts to deliver outcomes that are practical and sustainable, coordinating cross‑functional teams and embedding change effectively.

Success relies on engaging stakeholders at all levels, driving risk‑aware plans, and maintaining collaboration within large multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Degree in business, commerce and/or marketing or PROSCI accreditation
• Experience delivering complex change or transformation initiatives in large organisations
• Strong project management capability and change management understanding

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high impact business improvement and change projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage delivery within scope and timelines
• Develop implementation strategies, mitigate risks and embed change across the business
