Job summary

BBB Remote Site Services is seeking a hands-on Camp Supervisor to oversee daily camp operations across remote sites in Australia. You will manage meals, cleaning, accommodation and general camp services while guiding teams to uphold service standards.

The role requires 3+ years of remote-site experience, 1–2 years of people management, relevant safety certifications, and a flexible, proactive approach to a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Remote site experience is required.
• 3+ years’ remote site experience.
• 1–2 years’ people management experience.
• Experience across accommodation, food, cleaning or housekeeping services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• All-rounder camp management capability with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Village Manager and Camp Services Manager in supervising daily camp operations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of meals, cleaning, maintenance and accommodation services.
• Manage bookings, check-in/check-out procedures and general camp administration.
• Liaise with client management, camp teams and staff to maintain service standards.
• Support appropriate staffing levels and a safe, positive camp environment.
• Assist hands‑on with room cleaning and other operational tasks when required.
