Job summary

National Mobile Camps Operations Pty Ltd in Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Camp Operations Manager to lead our Camp Management Services division, overseeing accommodation, hospitality, facilities and camp operations across multiple sites.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive service excellence, client relationships and commercial performance, while building high‑performing teams and ensuring contract delivery and growth.

Established in 2009, National Mobile Camps (NMC) is an Australian-owned business based in Toowoomba, Queensland, with additional operations in Condamine. We provide mobile camp accommodation, camp management and support services across Australia, supporting the resources, energy, construction and infrastructure sectors.

About the Role

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Camp Operations Manager to lead our Camp Management Services division.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee accommodation, hospitality, facilities management and camp services across NMC operations while driving service excellence, strong client relationships and commercial performance.

This role combines operational leadership, people management and business responsibility, with accountability for service delivery, contract performance, financial outcomes and the ongoing growth and success of the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accommodation, hospitality, facilities management and camp operations.
• Manage client relationships, contract performance and service delivery outcomes.
• Lead and develop Camp Management teams across multiple operations.
