Job summary

Civeo Australia is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a team of General Assistants in the dining room and crib area on a 14:7 DIDO roster. The role requires hands-on leadership, driving high-volume service, and a focus on staff development.

The successful candidate will supervise hospitality teams, ensure quality service, and work safely on site within a remote accommodation environment in the Bowen Basin, QLD. Driver's license is preferred for site access.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in large catering environments (hotels, functions, remote accommodation).
• Experience working in high volume, fast paced work environments.
• Passion for training and developing staff, with exceptional communication skills.
• Basic computer and administrative skills, being detail-oriented and punctual.
• Licensed driver, with the confidence to drive on site.
