Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Casual Temporary Associate to join our remote site camp teams across Australia.

You will support the Village Manager and Camp Services Manager, ensuring meals, cleaning, maintenance and accommodation services are delivered to high standards.

The role requires remote site experience, strong people skills, and the ability to lead by example in a hands-on camp environment.

Qualifications

• Remote site experience in remote camps.
• Strong people management experience (1–2 years).
• Experience across accommodation, food, cleaning or housekeeping services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• All-rounder camp management capability with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Village Manager and Camp Services Manager in supervising daily camp operations.
• Ensure delivery of meals, cleaning, maintenance and accommodation services.
• Manage bookings, check-in/check-out, and camp administration.
• Liaise with client management, camp teams and staff to maintain service standards.
• Support staffing levels and maintain a safe, positive camp environment.
• Assist hands-on with room cleaning and other operational tasks when required.
