Binance Australia is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand-led growth across the Australian market. You will translate Binance’s global brand into a trusted, locally resonant narrative and oversee integrated campaigns from concept to execution.

You will collaborate with global teams, product, PR and compliance to ensure responsible messaging in a regulated fintech environment, while driving brand health and growth metrics.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, crypto, technology, or regulated industries.
• Proven track record in brand marketing and integrated campaigns, not just performance marketing.
• Experience working with global brands and adapting them for local markets.

Responsibilities

• Own brand strategy and local positioning for Binance Australia.
• Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Translate crypto concepts into clear consumer messaging.
• Partner with global marketing, product, PR, and compliance teams.
• Drive brand health metrics and growth through data insights.
