Job summary

Slide Right Window & Door Specialists is seeking a Booking Coordinator to be the friendly first point of contact for customers. This fully remote role is based in Australia and operates Mon–Fri 8am–4pm, with training in our systems and processes.

You will answer calls and online enquiries, book jobs in our scheduling system, and confirm each booking with the customer to ensure a warm, accurate experience. Podium experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception, call-centre or bookings.
• Friendly, professional phone manner and accurate typing while talking.
• Experience with Podium or similar calling/messaging software (nice to have).
• Remote work setup with reliable internet and quiet workspace.
• Willingness to work Mon–Fri 8am–4pm in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and online enquiries, Mon–Fri 8am–4pm
• Book jobs in scheduling system (full training provided)
• Confirm every booking with the customer before locking it in
• Provide a clear, warm and accurate experience to every customer
