Job summary

Slide Right Window & Door Specialists is seeking a Booking Coordinator to be the friendly first point of contact for customers. This fully remote role is based in Australia and operates Mon–Fri 8am–4pm, with training in our systems and processes.

You will answer calls and online enquiries, book jobs in our scheduling system, and confirm each booking with the customer to ensure a warm, accurate experience. Podium experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception, call-centre or bookings.
• Friendly, professional phone manner and accurate typing while talking.
• Experience with Podium or similar calling/messaging software (nice to have).
• Remote work setup with reliable internet and quiet workspace.
• Willingness to work Mon–Fri 8am–4pm in a fully remote role.

Slide Right Window & Door Specialists is looking for a Booking Coordinator to be the friendly first point of contact for our customers. If you've worked in customer service, reception or bookings, you'll feel right at home.

The role

You're the human voice of Slide Right. You'll answer customer calls and online enquiries through Podium on your computer, capture the details accurately, and book jobs in our booking system. Then you'll confirm the time with the customer before the booking is locked in. You won't quote prices or diagnose problems, because our techs do that on site. Complaints and pricing or technical questions go to our office lead.
