Capability Support Services is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver services across Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounds. The role is flexible and contractor-based, with primary work from home while supporting clients in homes, schools and communities.

You will conduct functional behaviour assessments, develop PBSPs, monitor progress and provide coaching to families, while ensuring alignment with NDIS requirements. A driver’s licence and checks are required; travel is billable.

Responsabilidades

• Work with participants and support networks.
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and analyse data.
• Develop and implement PBSPs.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Provide coaching to families and support teams.
• Identify and manage Restrictive Practices under NDIS requirements.
• Deliver training and contribute to team projects and workshops.
